PepCouch is designed for private, self-hosted use. Your data stays on infrastructure you control. We do not sell personal information or use your health-related records for advertising.

What we store

Account credentials (hashed passwords), family member profiles, treatment plans, dose logs, inventory, notes, documents metadata, chat history, and notification preferences you configure.

Third parties

Optional integrations (email, Telegram, LLM providers) only receive data you explicitly enable. Review each provider's policy before turning on integrations.

Your control

You may export, back up, or delete data through your database and file storage. Access is protected by session authentication.

PepCouch is a private organizer. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, injection instructions, or product recommendations. Always follow your qualified healthcare professional's instructions.
